NOTE: The lengths listed are the approx. location of the holes on the strap. These collars can be adjusted to smaller lengths simply by adding more holes. You can lengthen them as well, up to 1 additional inch on the large collars- the last hole is approx. 1 to 1 1/2 inches from the end of the strap depending on the size of the collar.
